Are you looking for a virtual fitness program that helps you to reach your physical fitness goals, keeps you active and accountable, and is a program that is affordable, maintainable, and effective, all while using equipment that you already have within your home? If you answered yes then the FIFTH Fitness Challenge is the program for you!
Participants who have signed up for the current month will receive a welcome email on the 5th day of their challenge month, & will receive a detail template breaking down their month's challenge week by week, 10 at home workouts, and two zoom links. Our founder Kaitlyn McDonough will be leading two 40-minute virtual group workouts a week via Zoom. During your weekly Zoom calls Kaitlyn will check in with the participants on where they are in their program. Participants are encouraged to post and tag FIFTH on their social media channels through the monthly program as a resource tool to not only keep themselves accountable but also their teammates.
The next FIFTH Fitness Challenge will begin on Monday September 5th, 2022, and will run through the 2nd of the following month. In order to participate you must be signed up no later than the 1st of the upcoming challenge month.
