1-1 Personal Training Consultation

Our 1-1 personal training consultation are 30 minute session with world class trainer Kaitlyn McDonough. During your consultation call Kaitlyn will familiarize herself with your story, go through your short term and long term physical fitness goals and begin creating the roots to your physical fitness foundation. Kaitlyn will also go through our different personal training package options and help you choose what path is best for you! All consultations can be held in person or online, and will be customized to your personal needs and goals.
All FIFTH Services must be canceled or reschedule within 24 hours of your session time. Any sessions cancelled or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $15.00 late fee.
